1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for new customers and new orders. Refunds are not available for order renewals.

2. Refund Period

• 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: Applies to Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Email Hosting.
• 2-Day Money Back Guarantee: Applies to VPS Hosting and Reseller Hosting.

3. Payment Methods

Refunds are only eligible for payments made via UPI or card. Payments made using crypto are not eligible for refunds.

4. How to Apply for a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your client area.
2. Submit a ticket through the support tickets section and select the "Billing" department.
3. Provide your details, including username/email and payment invoice number (found in the Invoices section of your client area).

5. Refund Processing

Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. The refund amount will be calculated based on the base fee of the hosting plan, minus any discounts or promotional pricing. Additional services, domain registration fees, and add-ons are not included in the refund. In 2-3 Days the amount will get credited to your payment account.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Domain registration and transfer are non-refundable.
